As I expressed before, if they continue the trend they should convert a partial batch in September, and be done with the debt conversion. The 10 million plus change shares reported in the last S-3 are not part of this calculations. I am only working on the shares obtained from the debt conversion. I wish they still have them, so they can help us drive the price up once done with their games.

Fortunately, it seems everything will be hitting at the same time. The next report will be the annual report at the end of August. That will include up to June 30, plus they probably will include the July debt conversions. The March report issued in mid May, included the April conversions. The next S-3 would report how many shares they still own, however, in my opinion the next S-3 will be issued when the announcement of the equity shares are issued for the finance package.
