Why exactly would the Department of Agriculture even be involved in this?

What exactly does "we are ready and have been" mean? That they have the design sketches? I find it impossible to believe they have actually built a single part let alone an entire engine.

Judging from the past, they were so eager to post and share videos of systems that were laughable just to prove us "bashers" wrong, that they did in fact have engines "running sweet" but now its been several years since they have managed to do even that. Its sure not hard to conclude that they don't even have the ability to make those videos now because the engines don't exist, let alone run for prolonged periods of time or produce the output they claim they can.

When was the last financial report? Q3 of 2017?

I wouldn't be surprised if they shuttered months ago but their ego's are too large to make the announcement.

They should take a lesson from Chris Nelson and just completely abandon the fantasy of producing engines and move straight to admitting they are in the business of selling shares of manure.
