NEW DUE DILIGENCE which I have not personally seen before.
On one hand you have a new CEO who seems to be on the up and up.
On the other hand there are some cautious red flags I found.

They are...

1. In the company filings when Satel purchased Simlatus towards the end of the filing our new CEO states that to further the Satel company business in upgrading his satellite service system and to try and expand the satellite service, Simlatus would have to sell stock to raise money. This means dilution to me.

2. I can find no evidence anywhere that Mike Mulder of Brand House Ventures nor Barron Tannelle of Proscere Bio-sciences have any pre background what so ever in the Cannabis area.

3. Mike Mulder/Brand House Ventures had revenues of only $60,000 (not net income) of total business prior. Now somehow he is guaranteeing $75 million dollars in business to Simlatus?

4. Barron Tennelle of Proscere seems to like to have titles as in CFO of a company right prior to starting Proscere. In looking into it he was CFO of a bicycle shop. Not a chain of stores, just a one store operation.

His previous past company revenues were in line to that of Brand House. Now his new company ,Procere is doing business gf $250 Million ?

Proscere (the company) was started almost overnight. Then almost as quick purchased and taken over by Simlatus. Proscere has no manufacturing ability or shown ability to manufacture. How will they produce these CBD cold water extraction systems? Is the company subbing out the manufacturing work to another company ?

5. United Opportunities LLC as we know are selling marijuana Aeroponic containers. They are trying to sell them to everyday people and then lease them back with paying a good profit back to the purchaser. This is their business pitch.

Question? If they are guaranteeing $175 Million dollars in business to Simlatus , why cant they afford to buy their own aeroponic containers?? Check out their website.

People have to make their own decisions on risk. Does this past the smell test ? Weigh all information you have learned and researched. Go luck to all...
