Did you not read the 8k and the terms of the LOI to complete the RM? They needed to dilute to raise the $300,000 to pay GSCG for the transaction. Furthermore they were methodical about their actions as they didn’t dilute this down to no bid like they COULD have. They instead got what was necessary and dilution has since stopped. So this talk about the AS/OS increase indicating future pps is ridiculous. Please read the DD or continue to believe that it will hit .0001 and keep your bid in at .0001 while the rest of us are enjoying the fruits above a penny in the coming weeks/months.
