Would adjust the O/S to 75,000,000 +/-

I wonder how the Convertibles have been structured.

Would also like to know the terms of the Preferred shares and EXACTLY who owns them--other than Bruce.

Keeping in mind this is a rumor (from a previously accurate source) I understand the logic , I'm not sure it will fly with the powers to be--and what the backlash from shareholders would look like.
