I don't have a clue.... their wording from all of the pending $ towards various facilities/company they bought, just scream dilution. Since this is OTC pink land, Tom K with his 6M shares or whatever, if he does dump them or systematically dumps them, will cause extreme pressure.

His announcement was on June 5th and sp was around $2.80
