Here’s an excerpt from a researcher that’s excellent reading:

My research clearly shows that Hayes Jr arranged the acquisition of the shells then placed associates of his into the roles of executives so he could use the bogus debt placed on the balance sheet by the hijacker of the shells (disgraced attorney Adam Tracy) to create free trading stock at a fraction of the market price to dump into the market during pump & dump activity.

TRON was a perfect example of how the scam worked.
