Well I can tell you this: SOMEONE ( likely a trading group ) has been playing the bid and ask here for a LONG time now. There is a lot of shady tradey going on. It is NOT the company. Typical pink sheets nonsense but much more lucrative and easy here because this is not a sub penny stock and has buying interest. I have had bids passed over and lower ones filled with me not get even one share and then sometimes they give you like 10 shares to cost you a trading fee and discourage you upping just over their bids. then undercut and fill at a lower price. It is illegal but there is nothing one can do about it until the government cracks down on it and they are not about to. They figure if you want to buy cheap stocks too bad for you deal with the risk and corruption. Once this gets up over say 50 cents a share that crap will stop or slow down bigly. It WILL get over that PPS at some time in the future but until then it is games as usual. I am just holding my shares and will reap a nice reward down the road. Don't sweat the day to day if you don't have to, it will make you sick and mad. Buy what you can on the dips and hold those shares regadless of the PPS action. That is all imo of course but thats my plan and I am sticking to it! Good luck to you...
