The updated SS is a start and potentially a good sign that things are about to start coming to fruition. The fins are coming at some point, and the SS is part of it. Yeah, dilution occurred. BUT new investors looking in see 12.6mm OS as nothing, especially with the way undervalued market cap.
Once fins and PR update come out, big correction will be underway. IMO
