I've tried to get confirmation of the 21,000 acre hemp campus but so far the only "proof" is the April 4 Instagram post. There's been some subsequent pictores of hemp growing fields.

The Zeoform connection was from Facebook posts. And a few back and forth emails with Zeoform.

My sense is this is legit. The CEO seems extremely passionate (as does the Zeoform CEO) and of high moral character. That's why I think it's legit.

Obviously concrete confirmation would trump my 6th sense but that's all I've got for now.

I think there's lots of potential for this reverse merger. Especially when I compare it to some of the other shell market caps.
