Golden Panegyric Inc. Addresses Malicious Rumours Circulating on Online Investment Board

Toronto, June 17, 2019. Robert Meihua Xu, the CEO and founder of Golden Panegyric Inc. today addressed a number of malicious rumours that have recently begun circulating regarding Zalemark Holding Co. Inc. (OTC: ZMRK). A number of negative posts have begun appearing on a public investment board forum, making false allegations against Mr. Xu.
Mr. Xu noted; “We are retaining legal counsel and are prepared to prove that these claims are frivolous, libellous and have the potential to cause damage to my reputation and those of the Companies with which I am represent.

We expect to make major announcements regarding Zalemark, as well as Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc. (OTC: HDII) in the very near future. We have been in advanced discussions with some impressive private companies that are seeking our assistance in achieving public listings in the United States through these vehicles.”
Mr. Xu, a Chinese national who is now a Canadian citizen, has a long and distinguished business career. In addition to successfully exporting the Jiangxi brand of chainless bicycles into the United States in the 1990s. Over the past decade, he has been instrumental in helping numerous companies go public on the Over the Counter markets in the U.S. He was recently invited to attend a March Liberal event held in Mississauga hosted by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the honourable Navdeep Bains, MP and Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development. Mr. Xu noted; “I was so inspired to meet and receive positive encouragement from our Prime Minister.”
