The actual SEC 8k filing doesn’t address any post RS adjustment. It just has price-based anti-dilution protections for the benefit of the Preferred holders. Guess you have to wait until the actual RS wording is released by the company...whenever that may be.

No matter what...based upon the number of shares after full dilution.....common is toast.
