It says that Arosa owns 1.8 million shares, nowhere near the level that would initiate the blocker provision. Also, if they sold because of the blocker provision, they could have notified us in the notes, but they didn't. They should have told us this, otherwise we have no other choice but to believe that this was the what they thought the company was worth at the time.
