Irresponsible of Jimmy to not at least post BZRTH acquisition option terms! SGMD has the shares, but how much cash needed for BZRTH only? We could at least guesstimate potential funds raised along the way..SGMD O/S rose 22m the first (15) trading sessions in July...(on total trading volume of 70-80m shares)..imo, Jimmy's silence suggests we have a ways to go..As painful as this is for several here, i suggest set your buys @.005 ..
