-Report out that the 10k will be filed late. "will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date"

-May 17th. No 10k
The 4Less Group, Inc. (OTC: FLES) announced today that it expects to file its consolidated 10K by end of next week"

-May 24th. No 10k


-June 18th.
"The company expects to have its financials filed shortly"


-July 11th.
"Both the company and the auditors are working diligently to complete the filings as soon as possible".

So just so everyone is clear.....
Original deadline =83 days ago
Late deadline =67 days ago
"End of next week" =46 days
"Shortly" = 36 days
"As soon as possible" = ?????


Enough is enough!! Attached below is links to the SEC for formal complaints. Mine was sent Thursday, We've been lied to for months about this 10k. Hard to believe a guy that has an accounting background and worked with Ernst and Young for years "didn't see this coming".
Not to mention all the BS about this "investor". "FLES is pleased to announce that it is in final discussions with an institutional investor for a multi-million dollar financing that will be significantly less costly for the company. Additionally, the institutional investor could potentially take over part of the existing debt on the books of the company. The company expects to enter into definitive agreements with this investor in the next two weeks".
FYI- that was 182 days ago, but hey...... Who's counting?
