The previous issues of convertible warrants and now this massive dilution are a direct FU to existing shareholders. I don't see how it can be viewed in any other way.

A couple of thoughts about this latest share increase authorization.


1) Sell the shares and raise a few million. IMHO not a valid long term strategy.
2) Authorize share gifts and options to family members with the expectation that revenue will explode and thus generate significant wealth for insiders.

I'm inclined to believe in number 2.
