As you said I think Curaleaf messed up because of all claims on their website.
FDA wouldn't go after them just because Diatery Supplement on the label because 1st of all all CBD companies label it as such.. 2nd of all .. they do label product as Diatery Supplement because FDA is freaking slow with their job to put guidelines what the heck those products should be label as..
