Tutankhamun’s, I hope you don’t view my comments on your exchange with
Wash3 as unsolicited or Unwelcome. With that said, viewing all the information you made available it appears NAPC is the right company with the right company in the right place and time. Tutankhamun’s, you mentioned EVSV has always struggled drawing investors to it. Acquiring EVSV would be a fast-inexpensive way NAPC could go public. The final step would change the ticker to their name. My only concern is how would I and others like myself fair in a Reverse merger. I'm not trying to set off any alarms I'm just throwing thoughts against the wall.
