Let's say the upfront payment was $500,000, which is generous. How many months of burn does $500k get IPIX? Is that enough money to do anything besides pay salary and rent? How do you think IPIX will raise additional money to keep the ship afloat?

Yesterday's UP partnership might produce a financial benefit to IPIX shareholders in 4 years at the earliest. Alfa will need to run a phase 2b. If that is successful, they will then need to plan and run a phase 3. If that is successful, they will then need to submit an NDA to the FDA. If that is successful and without delay, then finally Alfa can market and sell the drug.

We know Prurisol is dead. We know OM is dead. We know Kevetrin is mothballed and probably dead. So how do you think IPIX will raise money until UP is maybe generating substantial revenues in 5 years. Of course, IPIX is only entitled to 6 percent NET of those revenues.
