Dilution can be looked at in more than one way. Cost of bringing financials up to speed. Cost of raising the $300K needed from Lans.

Things are looking good actually. This is consolidating nicely in this range after suffering a heavy rounds of dilution. Obviously, investors would like to see further confirmation before committing more capital here.

Its entirely normal for a stock with a 4B os to grind in the trips before moving higher. Looks less like a P&D as well.
