Thanks. Which docs did you purchase? I bought ROA #'s 83 (Iconic's Declaration), #86 (Arrayit's opposition), and #89 the minutes from the hearing.

I know Iconic applied for release of the restricted shares and the Arrayit response describes is as "emergency release" (which in their opinion Iconic fails to prove how they will be harmed).

I supposed it makes sense why Iconic would apply for it in light of the share price but I saw no language in my documents about the share price, protecting the share value, or reassurances from Arrayit. If that is said specifically in another document please let me know as I will purchase that one too.
