This is exactly how I'm seeing it now as well. I'm a long and expected a bigger rise in pps from all he news we been waiting for for 5 months.

Then to read the 8k and it includes 500 million more share count.

They also stated that Rotmans shares are restricted, does that protect all those shares in the inevitable R/S that's coming?

If so, this is smelling like the commons are goin to be left high and dry.
