I received five separate proxy vote notifications (I owns ONCS on my 5 accounts) and I am lost - looking for you longs thoughts.

2nd vote is no brainer- absolutely "no" for blank check shares but 1st vote, massive OS
(triple,16M to 45M) should be "NO" as well but if ONCS not getting any up front cash partnership(s), how they're going to fund trials without dilution - I am making this statement rather painfully....lost crazy amount of $s from multiple dilutions and two RS!!!!

Realized without cash to fund trials, great scientific can be nothing but unproven dreams. However, just hard to understand timing and magnitude of OS increase request. I also can't accept timing of most of previous actions.... am I the only one long time longs feeling this way????
