Ha! Pozi’s a Coming Right at Ya!
It’s a Good Positive Surprise from Spectrum. Geez, I saw the headline yesterday morning but am on the road so couldn’t really comment but I would have thunk this would have lifted the share price a tad. There was no mention of these cohorts previously. Kudos to Spectrum to get these cohorts going while we wait for the basket and combo trials. It tells me Spectrum is not dilly dallying in moving along/expanding the pozi franchise in unmet medical needs where no drug has successfully gone before (move over Star Trek). Addition of these cohorts are not done in a vacuum. They have clinical data in exon 20 and pre-clinical data showing pozi could be successful in these additional cohorts and hence the expansion of the trial. Take her to warp drive Scotty!

PS No wonder JT had some 'Spring in his legs' after ASCO. I'm sure at the KOL meetings he undoubtedly had there, they were telling him ya need to get these trials going. More to come I'm sure!
