As I digest the IPIX announcements and mull over the board it occurs to me that a billion dollar, 3,000 person company will try and take one of our products through an FDA 2b and a 3. And, depending on the success of the trials and sales, IPIX should make enough to do its own IBD trials, and maybe go back to the ABSSSI issue if our bargaining position is stronger. Sure I had hoped for more, but as I see it, it was good progress. K and even a new look at P may happen, if the UC/IBD/Crohn's train stays on track. We all know there are a lot of IFs, and it is still close to a house of cards than a brick foundation. But still. So I remain mystified how any supposed long could denigrate today's good news.
