Please note that effective as of 1 August 2017 Alfa Wassermann S.p.A., Biofutura Pharma S.p.A. and Sigma-Tau Industrie Farmaceutiche Riunite S.p.A. (collectively, the “Merged Companies”) merged into Alfasigma S.p.A. ( “Alfasigma”), with Alfasigma being the surviving entity of the merger. Alfasigma will automatically succeed by operation of law to all rights and obligations of the Merged Companies.
