whipstick--

I've been "in the financial services business" for nearly 50 years and I haven't met the person, yet, whom I consider smarter than Tim Howard.

Tim Howard. If anything, he's underrated and he's shown his blog readers just part of his knowledge's expanse....so much for Mr. Carney.

En banc confuses me, as the "know it all" investor analyses/guesses fly buy with no announcement.

In Judge Ann Jones, you have a bonafide expert on matters to whom most of the En Banc judges would look to for leadership or possibly defer. Whats is holding the judges back? Can't tell you. (Throw Sweeney into the picture, too?)

I assumed the Admin would move before this court just so they don't get told what to do or can argue it implemented what the court could possibly demand since nobody is sure of the parameters of a pro-plaintiffs decision, but I was wrong there, too.

I thought about political interference (which one never should discount), but a very senior former Justice Department official told me any communication of any type automatically would become "ex parte" and would require publication in the case hearing record.

But, I still don't trust this Justice Department to not try and manipulate matters, especially with Barr in place.

I met Bradford, via email, years ago and he has been very consistent in his GSE investing (assuming its honest, since I never checked) philosophy and why; if he's right, he'll be a millionaire several times over. If not, he'll be with the rest of us, looking up.

No idea about Landon.
