Because the new owners (Ice Lounge Media) are all involved in the Crypto/blockchain industry. Calvin Wong, Robert Schlegel, Ed Wong, and Hsiao Chen are also involved with Blockhold Capital as well.

Hsiao Chen's linkedin page refers to the recent acquisition of Gold Entertainment and it being a "blockchain-based business"
