The offering $12M gross = $10M net at least

Last cash $0.5M as 'free buffer' and

Total Current Liabilities $12.77M

Meaning, while last offering was bitter, they still could have negative working capital of $2.77M.

At 14.5M OS and $1/sh or $14.5M MCAP, EV is around $17M hence.

What they might need to show and PR is (again) the biz turnaround, if possible. So market understood the whole offering and is still waiting.

Some sup bid down to .98, let's see how they play it this week.
