Was just reading the OTC company description and couldn't help but try to ponder some things.
"PotNetwork Holdings Inc. is committed to growth by the expansion of its subsidiaries and the strategic acquisition of additional businesses."
Hmm expansion of its subsidiaries (Diamond CBD) and strategic acquisitions of additional businesses? Is that new? Seems a bit strategic of POTN to send Dr. Goulding on a quest along with two other doctors (Bond and Miller) to develop products that could be added to Diamond's suite of already well-recognized products. Not only that, multiple businesses have been created (ie. R*HN, G*PS) and acquired (LeGanja Fairy, Cal City Concentrate) that would fit nicely under an umbrella called Potnetwork Holding.
From Goulding's OTC profile:
Along with Doctors Stuart Miller and Dr. Bruce Bond, Dr. Goulding is currently involved in the formulation of CBD products, including several of his creation, now being perfected for further efficacy testing. The medical team is also preparing for clinical studies for several of those products.
The only products I know of that Dr. Goulding is creating are the following:
Knockout Punch (R*HN) (Trademark filed under POTN's address)
Painplex (G*PS)
Insominoplex
Stressplex
Energyplex
Another thing to remember is that 2020 will be the first year that hemp is produced commercially under federal USDA regulations, so it is still early for companies in the hemp/cbd/mj space. CBD that is organic, medically-focused, and clinically tested and proven to be effective will be the CBD that people will buy. Dr. Goulding understands that Chill Gummies and questionable and unregulated CBD products aren't going to cut it anymore, and I believe we will soon see POTN's plans laid out.
