I believe it is correct. Since VYST owns more than 50% (58% Controlling Interest) of Rotmans, they record all 100% of Rotmans' revenue, costs, and other income statement items, even though they don’t own all 100% of it. I choose to believe what Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) and many others have indicated below:
