Thank you for confirming my point exactly. $LAHO is not "acquiring" GSCG as the PR states, they are trying to circumvent the SEC guidelines around Reverse Mergers - all while being SEC delinquent / Stop Sign - the LOI will not be executed. IF there is a following PR ever posted that it's moving forward, it will be fraudulent. I'm surprised it hasn't been slapped with a CE status yet & halted.
