Date of execution is the 28th the 23rd would be the date the negotiations and terms were put on the table. Meaning we most likely won’t hear any updates till next month or near the end of this month. It only took them 90 days to complete their last loi. 90 days will be end of next month but they still have 90 days to complete the deal. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves patients young grass hoppers.
