Meaning, you have a rep that takes food orders at your restaurant.
You find out what they need. Once they complete their food order list which is usually a yellow sheet of oil spotted paper,
hanging on the grill wall.
When most reps get the order and are happy with their accomplishment. But they didn’t do their job. Sure, let them tell you what they need but your a professional on 100% comm.
If your going to make money on this or any other, you must be prepared and know exactly what your customers needs are to add and remind him of what he has forgotten. After he thanks you for that, you tell him your specials. Ahhh,
