Why do you think Vigil hasn’t PR’d anything yet? Because it’s legally binding. If the scam artist uses tweets and social media, it’s easier to claim ignorance and say it wasn’t her. Lol if there truly was any chance of a merger, it would have been in a PR from the start. There would be filings to bring the company current. Yet here we are. Absolutely nothing from the company. No PR, no filings, nothing. NO MERGER. ALL LIES.
