IF the underwriter/seller is not just playing the cheap shares and sold them all, so IF they keep at least a sizable portion for the rebound to get a better ROI: Then of course!

They could support/pump it up after they have exchanged their shares as marked today.

We will see how they do it - nobody knows, a gamble.
