As I tried to warn IPIX investors, the initial payment on any deal would be less than 1 million dollars. I think, most likely, the initial payment for this deal is around $50,000.00.

This is also a very bad day for IPIX shareholders. As reality on the deal settles in, and we see that Leo still needs to sell shares to the MFO or another cutthroat financier, the share price will approach 5 pennies.

Today's partnership totally deflated the "potential" of IPIX's pipeline. With the illusion of a monster pipeline holding this stock up, share price should decline to fair market value.
