I will not be surprised if all this R/M LOI was just one of those famous fake LOI plots for the purpose of billions of convertible debt shrs being converted, which many OTC pink CEOs do these days.Actually there is one CEO (LIB*E) is very famous for just doing that, after a dozen fake LOIs diluted and dumped, funny enough, same amount of shares as LAHO did

Otherwise why would conv. note holders would have dumped massive 3 billion shrs since the initial PR ,if they thought RM will go through and they could sell at higher price?
