Vigil planned to open a cannabis grow store and we all know how that worked out. She created a website for the store, signed a lease for a storefront, put up some banners, and then never paid the landlord. Vigil was sued by the landlord and it was settled out of court. Vigil paid the landlord to close the case. Funny how there was a stock promo at the same time so she could sell shares to the unsuspecting investors to settle the debt.
