At some point no doubt there will be. Most of these r/m with large o/s do. Not at first though a few months down the road. All we need is the push to .05-.10 and everyone will be happy as can be. Not sure where this buyback is coming from. If this goes through as everyone thinks. Sgmo is one of the closest comparisons. Has a Mc of 1.34 billion revs are 79.8 mil o/s 87.15 mil. 11.60 pps as of right now. Even at an mc of 2 billion uplist is not going to happen. The series d shares that are going to be delivered to GSCG will protect them from an r/s. Also there are a lot of people keeping an eye on this stock. If the r/m goes through it all depends on the chase at that point. Lots of stocks get chased to unrealistic mc. Just have to try and get out as close to the top as possible.
