I left out nothing. I provided the link to the report and cut and pasted a sentence from that report exactly the way it was written in that report. I'll stop posting when someone supplies a link of a public record showing the disposition of the case against Boris. Maybe he was found completely innocent but I doubt it. I only know what I've read in that report and IMO he was at least charged.


BTW....where are those other 3 (at least) PR's Boris said were "PREPARED and lined up" 3 weeks ago? ZERO CREDIBILITY
