So, here are my thoughts:
- BaM management has advanced its fundamental plan, making it more attractive to a buyout than ever before.
- Additionally, due to technical and seasonal market forces, the present reduced stock price provides a significant bargain to buyout suitors (some suitors aka AUSA (or AURORA USA) are obvious and are themselves expanding).
- Therefore, there is a high probability that such suitors are planning, or are proposing buyout offers to the company, which would significantly and rapidly increase the stock price.
