The printed rules as you put it have been repeatedly posted on here and it clearly states multiple routes that do not require $4. I’m only pointing that out as it’s important to be clear as there’s enough “Fake” info floating about. My point is that none of this matters as nasdaq have total discretion as to what flies and last time I checked, none of us worked there!

The company can only control what it does and continue to execute. Nasdaq will come when it’s ready. Control the controllables.
