I continue to doubt that any of us will ever see any plan, ever, until the impact of the Collins en banc is revealed. Maybe the delay on a ruling is attributable to Hurricane Barry and not some snag or disagreement within the panel of judges?

I am sitting on a pile of cash from closing my common position out. I only sold when Calabria stated he was insistent on Congressional Reform before release, though he later waffled on that point with some vacillating clarification that made no commitment. I have never wavered on what SHOULD happen, here, just whether the current squad of players will ever actually do the right thing. I need to see the REAL PLAN, in writing, before I will re-enter. And for that to happen, the en banc must release their ruling.

Until such actions conclude, I am sitting this one out. I do not believe anything Calabria says, any longer, and "experts" trying to parse his every statement and every word are grasping at straws to guess as to what it all really means.
