No inside information neither; my hypothesis is timing of twitter announcement + took down website in the first place; and conjoining that with the fact that the company will no longer have to go to a 3rd party loan, they will have unrestricted shares (2 year wait from the initial reverse merger) during mid-end of August. They have financial reason to become active again, and raise the market valuation of the company.
