NO WAY the Supreme Court reviews this! BUT if they do buy with both hands. Any joker can hire the famous "Ken Starr" if they pony up the dollars so it actually means nothing. It MIGHT boost the share price if he actually files the brief and at that time the share price might appreciate. The SC will simply not take the case. They do it all the time even with very good cases. The SC is very fickle with the cases they accept for review. If they do accept it then it usually means a win. In my opinion. Worth watching! Better than a lotto ticket. 100,000 shares only $370. If the brief is filed maybe it goes to 1c a share. If the case is actually taken then all bets are off. Slim to none chance though.
