Swiss, Read the modified plan for the liquidation and wind down of Lehman (the entity). If the entity has no assets, what would the debtholders exchange for? It is common sense that the write off of debt to offset income is more attractive than trading debt for NOTHING.

Obviously the market is on my side, and it should be you that should produce the "links, articles, and references" that the market is wrong and the Cts should not be trading at the price of a bankrupt stock.
