Based on everything I can find NASDAQ will not uplist until CBD is federally legal.
And if there was another concern I believe the uplist would have been denied by now because there were previous uplist applications for companies that weren't operating legally and NASDAQ noted that but ultimately denied for other reasons.

THAT puts my mind at rest! Surely, once the FDA does what they need to do, CVSI will uplist very soon thereafter.
