I agree with you that the timing of the 8k will catch many by surprise. Especially those that may exit Monday without a PR. I think that Benito has a lot to lose if LAHO declares itself unsatisfied by the DD. The end of 150 days is one week before Halloween. I doubt they wait that long to tell us something. But one thing we do know is that the period of heavy dilution has passed. Now is the time to gradually ascend until that 8k confirmation.
