Well that's not true. Low volume manipulation can increase OR decrease the share price. It depends on the manipulator's intentions. ARYC is vulnerable to manipulation, mostly because of its low volume and the fact it's currently trading as a pinky. And heavy volume can increase or decrease the share price, often quite dramatically, depending, of course, on what is happening with the company.
